All Boyone products purchased on boyone.com come with a limited warranty (“warranty”) as set out below. By using Boyone products,you are ageeing to be bound by the terms of the Boyone limited warranty.
We provide a limited warranty for purchases on boyone.com. The warranty period is measured starting on the date the original consumer purchaser received the products.
Relevant warranty periods for Boyone Products:
Boyone Wombat — 24 months
150W solar panel/350 solar panel 500w solar panel — 12 months
Cable/charger (in the package/sold separately) — 12 months
Power Bank — 12 months
Accessories — 6 months
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply:
Valid Proof of Purchase
Most of our products have an over 12-month warranty. Because most shipping information cannot be found online after 6 months the transport ends (if the original purchaser can’t find it online), the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. We will extend the warranty period for you by one month.
How to claim a warranty
Step 1
To claim a warranty, please contact the Boyone customer service team via email, at cs@boyone.com.
In your email, attach a short video that shows the problem with your product.
Step 2
Once one of our customer service reps processes the claim, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form.
If your product meets the requirements of Boyone's warranty policy, you will receive a prepaid shipping label*.
Follow the instructions above on how to properly pack and return items safely.
*Please note that we can only provide prepaid return shipping labels for return packages in the US and Europe. If you need to return the goods in other countries and regions, please contact our customer service team at cs@boyone.com for more details.
Step 3
Boyone will replace the defective item within 15 working days* after confirming that our warehouse has received it. The specifics of how we resolve the situation is subject to the availability of replacement items.
All replacement items will follow the same warranty period as the original defective item or 3 months after replacement, whichever is later.
