Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund after 24 hours and before delivery (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users).



The return service is currently only available to U.S. orders. For orders outside the U.S., we only offer full refund or one-time free replacement for wrong products or products with quality issues.

U.S. customers can return goods only within 14 days after the date of receipt. If you want to return the product, please pick up the package first. Then contact our Customer Support Team via to obtain the RMA. Please note that double shipping fee will be deducted from the final return if you directly reject the products without any reasons.

Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, boyone reserves the right to refuse the return. Please note that boyone does not permit the return of the following products:
Boyone will not replace (at boyone's expense) any boyone product that any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.

Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

The warranty on boyone's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.


Please follow the 3 steps to process your return

◆ Step 1:
Contact our Support Team via to consult return and warranty service. Please explain the reason for the return and offer relevant information, including pictures, videos if necessary.

◆ Step 2:
Our Support Team will evaluate what further action is required. They will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. They will also provide instructions on how to properly package the product to return it safely. This is incredibly important. Do not ship the product until you have received the proper safety directions on how to ship the product. You must clearly mark the RMA number on the package and include your proof of purchase date with the product.

◆ Step 3:
Boyone will process your return or warranty according to the return or warranty policy.

Please DO NOT return the items without the RMA confirmation from the Boyone Customer Service Team.
For return without confirmation, the refund or replacement may not be processed.


For all orders with original quality issues or wrong products, we will give you the full refund or one-time free replacement. we'll issue the refund within 14 business days.

For the return of U.S. orders without quality issues, we'll charge the transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for paypal users) + shipping cost. After you returned the prodcut to our warehouse, we'll issue the refund within 14 business days, you'll be notified with an email once your order is refunded. If you haven't received the refund after 14 business days, please firstly check your bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
